In an attempt to provide an outstanding massage experience to all of our clients and out of respect for our own time, we have adopted the following policies:

New Clients-
Please be available for your appointment 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows for a consultation with your massage therapist and for you to complete any new client forms.

Cancellation Policy-
Please provide at least 24-hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged a 50%.

Late Arrival Policy-
If you are not present for your scheduled appointment during the first 15 minutes (unless you have notified the massage therapist), you may receive a partial session at the discretion of the massage therapist and be charged the full-service fee. If you do not show at all within the first 15 minutes, the time slot will be given to another client.

No Show Policy -
Any client who has not arrived for their appointment will be contacted by the massage therapist and the client will be allowed 15 minutes to arrive for the appointment. If they do not arrive within that time, they will be considered a "No Show" and will be charged the "full fee" for the service scheduled and may be asked to prepay for any future services.
